  • Stand your child in front of a chalkboard wall, holding a chalkboard or a blank wall, in which you can add text to your photo on the computer. “First Day of ________________.” Then you can write out the things your child currently loves. Example: Horses, Cheerleading, Movie Frozen, Chocolate Ice Cream, etc…
  • Another chalkboard idea: “First Day of ____________________. When I grow up I want to be a _________________.”
  • Your child dressed in first day of school clothing sitting on neatly made bed, reading their favorite book.
  • Your child balancing/holding a couple school books on their head. Of course they can hold onto the books with their hands.
