Cilantro Lime Ranch: Dip, Dressing & Marinade

Cilantro. Lime. Ranch. Chocolate. Now that I have listed my four major food groups, I’d love to introduce you to an evolving recipe that includes the majority. If you have a way to incorporate chocolate, let’s be friends.

Cilantro Lime RanchCilantro Lime Ranch Dip

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip

2 T. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

¼ C. Cilantro, chopped

2 C. Sour Cream, I usually use “light” or “fat free”

½ Jalapeno, seeded and chopped

Mix above ingredients and chill at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Jalapeno brings the heat, please use at your own risk.
